Accessibility Statement
It is our policy to make this website accessible to a wide audience. The following features are intended to make the site easy to use for all visitors.
Text Size
You can change the size of the text by setting the text size in your web browser.
If you are using Internet Explorer, go to View>Text Size and select Larger or Largest.
If you are using Firefox, go to View>Text Size>Increase.
If you are using Netscape, go to View>Text Zoom and select the size you require
Opening and downloading Adobe Acrobat documents
Some downloadable documents on the site are in Portable Document Format (PDF). Where I have attached a PDF document, I provide a link to the Adobe Acrobat website so that you can download the free Adobe Reader needed to open a PDF.
The current version of Acrobat Reader (version 7) has improved accessibility features and includes the facility to read the text out loud.
Plain English
I want this web site to be a jargon-free zone. I aim to use plain language that is easily understood in our website and try to avoid unnecessary jargon and acronyms. Text in some documents may contain more complex or technical language, but I do my best to make it as simple to understand as possible.
Browsers
My website has been tested in a variety of old and new browsers.
I am working to maintain and improve levels of accessibility. If you experience problems with the site then please email me and I will try to sort out the problem.
